Breaking: A Calgary judge has dismissed referee Don Henderson’s $10.25M lawsuit against the Calgary Flames and Dennis Wideman, ruling the case should be handled by an NHL arbitrator, @CTVchrisepp reports.
I'm no fancy 'Big City' lawyer, but I could have saved a whole lot of legal fees and predicted this months ago.

I think they should have it ruled over by some referees.
