Poor coaching and too slow.

I have been a fan of this team for the last 25 years and in all honesty this is probably on of the most disappointing seasons the team has had. Of all the teams not making the playoff this year, this team has by far the least amount of picks in the next 2 years compared to any other team. This is going to hurt them in the long run. This GM has sacrificed so many pics for goaltenders and defencemen in the last 2 years that has not turned into on ice success. Very poor asset management IMO.

I can't see the current coach back next year, if this team is not in playoffs, and if the next coach can't get them in, I can easily see the GM fired.
