The only thing that makes me think you trade a guy like Ferland is the fact he was showcased on the top line most of the season and has good numbers. This will not be the spot he plays on a deep run nor will he have the same points without top line minutes. I would hate to see Ferland go more than just about any other guy but his stock can’t possibly be any higher right now and when he slides into a 3rd line role moving forward, we may regret not selling him as a top line winger who can play a truculent game.
