I absolutely agree. I am actually very much against moving Andersson or Valimaki as I believe both are Flames next season. Andersson might be a full time Flame tomorrow if Stone is trades (doubtful)
Fox is risky to move but I am also not convinced he is going to be anything in the NHL. The Flames have a window that is arguably open now and they need goal scoring.
I trust they won’t make a move involving Fox that only impacts the short term.
The one thing I am somewhat preparing for is an extended Evander Kane on the Flames. I can see how a lot of people are against that. If the Flames trade Fox for a signed Kane then I will get behind it but Kane will need to deliver and this team will need to make the playoffs
