Look at their lineup in todays game with Boston....that is a tire fire.
Victor Antipin, Nick Baptiste, Jacob Josefson, Johan Larsson, Evan Rodrigues, Casey Nelson, Jordan Nolan, Scott Wilson.....all taking regular shifts.
I get what you are saying, but with support like that, there is just no way you can pin anything on the existing players. Might be as bad a lineup as anything they iced when they tanked for McDavid/Eichel.
Also, its going to be hard to make deals with teams that are "winning"...as they would be the ones you would be competing against for other guys to start with!
