I suspect that rather than Fox, the trade discussions from the Flames side are revolving around Andersson.

There's no agreement with NCAA to bridge around, he's of also fairly high pedigree (wasn't he the highest scoring Dman in OHL draft year?) and living up to it so far after solid development years.

Rasmus is also the most NHL ready and would already be a mainstay behind Hamonic were it not for Stone taking up that spot. Can't imagine that the Sabres want something back that wouldn't improve their club for another season or two.
