Ottawa can do this deal at the draft or the summer. They can dictate the return right now and I feel it will require an overpay to get EK this year

Yeah - probably need to include another one of the top prospects from that group to really close it off. So 3 of those prospects instead of only 2.
I really don't see who matches that though - most contenders don't have the top end prospect depth that Tampa Bay has.
Let's look at contenders.
Tampa Bay: As Discussed
Nashville: Not sure they want to disrupt that backend again. Although they do have similar propsect depth that the Lightning have and could waive one of Ellis or Ekholm if they really wanted.
Boston: Maybe a fit here but much like Tampa Bay no way they include McAvoy.
Vegas: Don't have the assets to give away at this point IMO.
Winnipeg: Pretty loaded at RD and tend to be stingy with their assets.
Toronto: This is an interesting one but they probably have to be willing to move one of Marner or Nylander which is doubtful IMO.
Washington: Don't see them having the assets.
Really tough to put together a package like Tampa that can give up a good player now (Palat) and roster d-man that is still young, plus a plethora of picks and high end prospects.
