The only reason you wouldn't trade now is because the prices are too high or that mgmt doesn't think we can make the playoffs.

Maybe the coaching staff will change.
I think the roster is pretty close to being complete. If they can over-perform rather than under-perform, the Flames could be a contender, maybe.
