Pretty sure he has felt that way for a while now. Kulak passed him over in the depth chart a few years ago and he has cleared waivers for two years in a row now. Even if there is an injury on the left hand side, Bart seems likely to get ice time before Wotherspoon.
He is going to be UFA at the end of the season, and I am pretty sure he is going to try his luck with another organization this summer.
