He could still be an option of absolutely needed.
At the end of the day Bennett and Jankowski are staples on the third line.
Versteeg, Brouwer, Hathaway, Lazar, Stajan, Lomberg, Mangiapane , Hrivik, Foo can compete for the other 4 spots.
Ideally the Flames can add a top 6 forward and push Frolik down to the third line or perhaps give Tkachuk a longer look with Bennett and Jankowski?
