This is the single most confusing thing from all these trade rumors that I'm reading. There's so much complaining and anger after every loss and then there's so many people here who want to trade important depth players like a TJ Brodie or whoever that'll make this team worse.
Ask yourself this, Brett Kulak who plays about 10 minutes a game, has he proven without a shadow of a doubt that he'd be superior to Brodie playing against higher level competition and at double the minutes? If he hasn't shown that ability, why make a trade? If people are mad now at the mistakes, just imagine throwing Kulak into the fire. The amount of mistakes and blunders would probably cause regret of epic proportions.
Until someone plays to the level of actually supplanting one of our veterans, than you don't mess around because we're in win mode now and putting young players in a position to fail is not a recipe for success. Until Kulak or Valimaki prove that they're better than Brodie, you keep things status quo.
