Zero chance that as much as Brodie has been the whipping boy that he gets moved at all this season. Even in the offseason it's an extremely tough question to be asking as you're setting yourself up for failure if the prospects you have don't make the jump or need a little more time.
On the topic of adding another depth defenseman (much less trading away one of our top 4 mainstays), I can imagine most NHL GMs wanting a veteran who can step in and out of the lineup without a hiccup and has experienced the playoff hunt/grind before. As good as Andersson has been and will be, I don't see the likes of Treliving promoting him to top team duty willingly without a plan B instead.
Is it the better or smarter choice? That's for fans to debate but it's certainly has not been the MO of most NHL teams looking for the necessary defensive depth for a deep playoff run.
