Being honest here, I don't see anyone struggling as much as TJ unfortunately. With that in mind I don't think he's terrible, I just feel with Gio, Hamilton, Hamonic and even Stone we're going to be okay if we use TJ as a trade chip.
With that being said, if they figure we've got enough bodies to get us at least into the playoffs and don't want to disturb the defense like some posters suggest (I dont want to give up the farm for a rental either) then we can always revisit come the draft. We just need to figure out what the management want for the team, and hope they make the right decision. I don't feel we can afford to miss the playoffs/lose in the 1st round again and then go into the draft with 0 picks until the 4th round. That would be worse case scenario.

No...and its not even close.
He is a middle of the road Dman because he skates well, at times can actually complete a pass, and can log big minutes. Offensively he is OK too, but that is offset a lot with his brain cramps and giveaways. He cannot get a puck through from the blueline to save his life however.
At times he can look decent, at other times he can look like he has never played the game before.
Not a core piece at all and someone that can be looked at to be improved upon if the right deal comes along.
