Baking pies for my Dad.
I've done a couple of rather large projects around the house this year without any "advice" from my husband. I rewired my daughter's room for new lighting and built a folding bench/picnic table for my Dad. When they were done, and looked amazing, I felt glorious!
Seeing my girls' eyes light up over anything. Makes everything all worth while.
