Back in EA NHL '08, Gaborik was far and away the best player in that game. I could score glitch backhand goals with him from the blueline. Team Slovakia was my favorite team to use.

I always wanted him in Flames' silks and would gladly take him on this team, even at his age. Injuries are always an issue with him. But he's a great goal scorer in the playoffs, which is something this team will likely need if they make it.

I've always been a big fan of his, since his '03 playoff run with the Wild where they knocked out the Canucks.
