I agree regarding Stone, maybe someone like Rantanen from Colorado, but that’s another pipe dream. However, someone like Blake Wheeler who is 31, and has a cap hit of 5.6M for two seasons? That would be like trading Gio for a package around a #4 D though. It’s extremely difficult to find an upgrade on a player without it looking impossible, so I see your point.
Just the whole discussion about Bennett’s value had me thinking Ferland is the exact opposite, and I was just considering if we could profit from it.
