I was guessing this yesterday. Adding logic to why the Flames have been rumored to be shopping for a center. As much as Janko is proving he can play in the NHL, the first year grind of an NHL season can take a toll. Now that Janko has a feel for what an NHL season feels like, he can go back to dominating the AHL and come back as a confident top nine center depth option.
I am curious if the Flames make more than one trade, getting another proper top nine RHRW and then a 3rd line center.
Stajans been just fine, in fact he's far exceeded my expectations of him just in the past ten games or so. He's actually producing.
