Having a grasp of on English literature is without a doubt a great aid to appreciating what they are doing as a band. It helps to understand the depth at which this band is taking their musical talents.

They haven't become big enough yet to worry about them becoming self-aggrandizing either, which is always a plus

But with an album name like 'Picaresque' and T'he Crane Wife', you know that they aren't worried about their material going over some people's heads.

I've never heard it before, I will have to search and give it a listen.

Hopefully Muse will be coming to Vancouver soon after their European tour, but with those guys you never know.

The Decemberists on the other hand will be here in a little over two weeks, and it should be a fantastic show.
