Hayes would be a great add for Calgary. He had great chemistry with Gaudreau, has size, is versatile, has a good shot, and is good on the power play (are you listening, Brad?).
The only fly in the ointment? He shoots left, and we all know how GG feels about putting players with a left shot on the right side.
I would offer Kylington and a 7th (might be a bit of a lowball, but worth a try). The Rangers are looking to get younger and faster, and he checks both of those boxes.
