Brodie is a season removed from having top pairing market value with a friendly contract. That proposed trade is pretty close, value-wise.

Depends on what the true market is for Brodie, but Nylander is worth a lot. .72 ppg 21 year old, not a lot of those around. But presuming Brodie is worth more than Hamonic was last summer, which I think he is, then I don’t think the value is that far off but I’d say drop Bennett and the pick and add Gillies then maybe. But probably not.
