let's say a giant retailer.....like Loblaws, enters the foray and says to an LP, we want these different strains, these different blends etc.. wouldn't the LP just make those for a big order? Wouldn't there be "grow your own" kind of like you see here with the breweries that rent space to small producers?
Yes, of course the black market won't cease to exist immediately but it will happen relatively quickly
