I wonder why? On paper he seems like a good fit. He's a RH shot that could really help the pp as his 14 power play points would suggest. 37 points in 52 games is decent, it would actually be good for 3rd on the Flames. Probably cheap to acquire as well. Checks a lot of boxes in what they should be looking at as far as rentals go.
