I don't think GM's will be tripping over themselves trying to trade for Foles just as I don't see a lot of GM's willing to give Case Keenum a $20 million/season contract. These guys have been around and teams know they are good QB's that can win but only in the right situation. He's a good not great QB that was in the perfect situation in Philadelphia. Now I give him credit for balling in the last two playoff games as his accuracy on some of those long balls was as good as you will ever see. In the right situation he can be very good as we saw this playoffs but on a team like the Browns or Bills he would be a disaster as he's not that kind of QB that's going to elevate an offense. Also it has to be noted that the Eagles pass protection last night was flawless as he had mostly clean pockets to operate in. It was just the perfect situation and I think most NFL GM's realize that. There will be interest in him for sure when he becomes a free agent as a lot of good teams will consider him a very good insurance policy but I don't think GM's will be under the illusion that he's a franchise QB.
