Yup, every single Brady patriots super bowl has been a close game at the end. Some weren't close all throughout the game, but all were close at the end.

None of the games were made a one score game by a late meaningless score. Every one came down to the final play.
Brady is a fantastic QB, many good cases can be made that he is the greatest of all time. Belechick might be the greatest coach of all time, but opposing teams must have good coaches to make the super bowl as well. Belechick occasionally gets outcoached.
The Patriots executed nearly flawlessly today, at least on offense. However, they were slightly outcoached and out executed today. Foles was outstanding - many perfectly thrown passes thrown into tiny windows.
