Yeah, I tend to agree. If you're going to invite people over, you should provide all/most of the food. It's one thing if somebody wants to bring dessert or some wine...it's a whole other thing to expect guests to cobble together a meal. It just comes across as kind of lazy, and the food mix is never right.
