If Tree does nothing, he is giving up on the season. Its showing the players its OK to give up. The rest of this season is gonna be ugly with a dud coach at the helm.

I would rather have a thread that focus's on quality discussion and not rehashing a "Should we Fire GG thread". It's already evident some people want him fired.
I think GG has done some good things and when the Flames play well
things look promising; However small things like the PP not clicking and glaring mistakes in the third period can easily rattle a young team team struggling with confidence. Personally I think the Flames should have addressed the PP issues sooner. Sooner or later failure on the PP was going play into the mental makeup. The team seems to be playing well for 2 periods but struggling as the third period wears on.
Wouldn't mind seeing a thread on exactly why we are struggling in the 3rd period, and some solutions. Are we squeezing sticks, taking our foot off the pedal or playing not to lose? Whats wrong with the third period that goes right with the first 2?
