The highlight of the night, though. Beside Dad and I was a family. Two adults with their two small boys, probably 3 and 4 years old. Throughout the entire game, the boys would watch to see where Harvey The Hound would appear in the stands, point, wave and shout "Dog! Dog!"
Halfway through the third, Harvey appears in our section. He does his "pump up the crowd" thing, then looks around and sees the two little boys, who are shouting "Dog! DOG!" Harvey comes up the steps, and all the sudden they realize that this 'dog' is taller than their mom and dad...both shriek and bury their faces in the arms of the respective parents who were holding them.
Harvey was a champ, hung around for a bit funning for the boys and got them calmed down enough to 'pet' his arms with HUGE smiles on their faces.
