And this is what worries me.
80% of what Gulutzan does is good - but it’s that final 20% that’s the most noticeable and the toughest part is it’s hard to tell if that’s his fault or the players.
But now it’s getting to the point where they may make a change out of desperation and we might lose the strong systems play and structure that GG implemented and the team will be just as weak mentally but less effective with a new coach/game plan.
Even worse is if we trade one of our more talented guys like Hamilton for Grit and leadership.
