This team has zero killer instinct. Gulutzan may have crafted a system that leads to this team outshooting the opponents but they seem to take their collective foot off the gas pedal at the most inopportune moments. If there's one thing I liked about Hartley -- and there wasn't much to like there either -- it was how the Flames pounced whenever they needed to. This team physically cannot pounce.
