Sunday Night Smackdown!

The Pittsburgh Penguins left St. Louis singing the Blues on Sunday. The Pens scored 6 goals in the second period to go on to a 8-2 romp of the Blues on Sunday. Jason Spezza lead the way with the hattrick and an assist. Martin Straka added 4 assists and JP Dumont, Chris Higgins, Paul Kariya, and Andrei Markov, all had 2 points in the win. Olaf Kolzig made 22 saves to earn his third straight win since joining the Pens. The Pens and Blues square off in a rematch tommorow in St. Loius.
