It's not as if a late tying goal never happens. Some teams would have gotten mad after something like that.

I think it was how it got scored. The were doing a great job of protecting the lead - to the point that the crowd was cheering. BOOM all of sudden it is in the back of the net and no one knows why.
I think timeouts are over-rated and fans cry for them too much, but I think it is fair to ask why GG didn't take a moment there to make sure his team was calm.
I blame everyone involved on the winning goal - the coach and all 5 players on the ice.
Someone step up and grab control of the situation. Doesn't have to be the coach (but can be).
No one did
