Teams that play a good structured game have good coaching. They are near the top of the league most possession stats because they are for the most part carrying games. That's what you want from a coach. A system that allows you to out play the opposition.
If your players can't finish. If your players may inexplicable breakdowns that's on the individual.

That’s a fair point but it still doesn’t excuse meltdowns from happening, and our meltdowns are elite. This team crumbles in big games when the other team captures momentum. Hartleys teams, as flawed as they were, did not crumble like this team does.
