Well, yeah, it's generally accepted that keyboard/mouse is superior to gamepads/joysticks for first-person shooters.
That said, I've been playing console FPS since Halo on the OG Xbox, so I don't really mind using joysticks for shooters. I'd say PlayerUnknown has done a pretty damn decent job of adapting the game to the console, and I don't find myself frustrated with the controls.
