Leaving them out there wasn't a bush league coach move, it was hockey. It happens. A series of bad bounces and occurrences and the game blew up.

Frolik was visibly shaken up after his gaffe. The coach should have recognized that he needed a break to regroup mentally. The third line had a solid game and would have been an option to respond with.
