This team has been competitive under GG but he has had a solid roster to deal with. Looking st the charts and graphs this team has been much better under GG.
In my opinion this team has had patches of being entertaining but this group has also been the most frustrating team to watch since the Playfair year of not winning on the road. On one hand you have a team that has won 50 of the past 54 where they lead after 2. On the other hand you have a team that has been constantly letter teams back in games when they are leading by 2.
They have lost 7 straight to the Oilers, they were swept in the playoffs, and have fallen flat when facing the eastern Canadian teams.
GG might get the season with potential for guys like AV and Quenville being available this summer. I am of the opinion that a change now could save the season but maybe they need to wait to get the best coach
