Ortio was decent to close out the season.
That was also after we traded away Jiri Hudler (who people forget played at a 55 point pace for us that year) and Kris Russell (who, for all his flaws... was/is a better NHLer than Jyrki Jokipakka) while the refs completely changed their officiating margins against our favour. Our offense dried up when Ortio played well. We didn't have Matthew Tkachuk or Mark Jankowski. Micheal Ferland had a shooting percentage of like 2% that season.
Ramo was decent that season... and had us in or close to a playoff spot between December and his injury.
