Ok, my perspective is meaningless.
But usually at halftime, my adjustments are around personal, and personal matches.
So I'll give you an example. If I start the game playing a set Oline, and my running game isn't working properly to one side, I'll start flopping the Oline tot he run side.
I might switch receivers against cover guys.
If I'm winning the game, I might shorten my playcall availability, to plays that are less high risk.
If I'm losing, I'm going to maybe open up my playcall sheet.
But its extremely rare, that I'm creating plays on the side. I might for example change routes.
So if for example, my route structure on a balanced formation is 9-2-2-9. I might change it if I notice that the opposition is playing an inside zone to something like a 9-0-0-9.
But we're not inventing plays at the half, everything that we need should be on our playcall sheet.
