As for the game today, I think this is a pretty big benchmark for where this team is at, going into a tough stadium against a wounded animal of a team, this scenario has been brutal over the years for the Saints.
When I first read that I thought you were doing your best Jim Mora impression . Here's hoping for a big win in Atlanta tomorrow. Carolina's pulling their usual 2nd half surge, after their usual slow start(theyre like the Flames of the NFL in that regard), so the Saints cant afford to blow any more games. I read one of your more recent posts, and I agree that the game against Cincinnati was incredibly frustrating. Its great to hear that Colston is alright. I hear he probably wont be playing tomorrow though. Which is not a bad idea in my mind. I'd rather him sit one more week to make sure he's 100%, than rush him out there too early and have him struggling with an injury the rest of the season.

Its also good to see Bush finally trying to find holes between the tackles. I hear Payton's been working with him during practice with tackle dummies, to get him more used to running north and south and keep him from going outside all the time. I think it really shows, he's looked much improved over the past couple games(the Pitt fumble aside).

If Colston is out, Im a little concerned with our receiving core. I've been pleasently surprised with Terrence Copper, but he needs to learn to hold onto the damn ball. Here's hoping Henderson has another big day. And with Colston down, Im wondering if Michael Lewis will get to see any time at WR tomorrow.
