If you look at the Q&A on the original Reddit post, data for this image comes from a 2013 year-end poll by Gallup International. The original site is no longer online, but someone dug up the numbers from the Wayback Machine.

One thing of note is that the actual number one choice in most countries is the preference to stay in their current country. In most cases, any of the other choices were all distantly far behind.

It's also noted that the published results seem to be messed up for Canada and Australia, which both have their own country listed (in addition to the "stay here" option) and both have the USA with no results. This likely means that the Canada and Australia votes in the Canada and Australia polls should actually be the votes for the USA. If that's the case, Canada's #1 preferred alternate destination should actually be the USA, well ahead of Australia.

Australians overwhelmingly prefer to stay where they are (66%). Spain is a distant second (only 5%), not that far ahead of the UK or Brazil. That's the sort of thing where asking a different sample group of people would likely yield wildly different results.

The same survey for 2017 didn't ask this same question, so it's not possible to see more recent information.
