- Jury is still out on Janko- he's been hot and cold too.
- Kulak did not look good last season, this season has been better but he was still fighting with Bartkowski to start this year, that can't have been good for his confidence as bart is clearly dog ####.
- Hathaway looks like he's a 4th liner, but he looked like that before. I haven't seen any real growth or development. He was mostly in the pressbox last season, and was in the AHL in favor of Tanner Glass to start this season. That can't have helped him develop well.
- Rittich was reluctantly allowed to succeed. Not sure how he was developed by Glen

I don't see much of anything inspiring. Simply graduating players from the AHL has nothing to do with Glen- that's more of a positive reflection of how far our development system has come. I haven't noticed any making notable strides towards greatness, most have flatlined after their initial excitement wore off, and the longer they're around Glen the worse they seem to do.
