I'm thinking the 60GB Ipod might be a good choice, but I'm unsure if it would compatible with all my mp3s.

Any advice?
Every MP3 player will play what you say you have, so that isn't a concern. Either figure out if there are any other features you would like to use to decide, or head to someplace like BestBuy and try out a few of them to see which you prefer.
