He hasn’t been charged with anything since these women never went to the police to file a complaint and they haven’t (yet) filed a civil suit, so he isn’t going to be able to have his day in court unless he initiated a suit.. They went to the CBC anonymously and detailed events that happened 10 and 5 years ago.

To Pepsi’s point of women beinmore comfortable, if you’re able to go on TV and accuse someone, you are comfortable enough to go to the police. The difference being that if you only go to the media, you’ll never be asked for evidence.
