think general question is can time be changed as per Robin or is time fixed and it's an endless loop like Fitz.

I think Flint becomes key. In that Video of Daisy leaving the Zaphyr we can assume if Flint was in the timeline he would be with her. So perhaps they have never gotten all the right people back in time at the same time.

I think it will be clear that some other event years the world apart and daisy tries to save it. But her powers can't hold things together. Instead you need flints power of putting rocks together. If you saw that picture of the earth robin drew it looks like pieces of earth breaking up but really that could be pieces of earth being held together.
