The announcers are definitely not "slobbering over" the Flames. They didn't even mention Monahan once.
To be fair though, the Flames didn't have much offensive zone time or great plays to get excited over. They played great defensively I thought. But announcers are going to get excited over great chances.
I did think the overemphasis on Smith handling the puck was a bit much.
