You don't become the fastest coach in NHL history to be fired after winning a Stanley Cup without reason. Many stories out there of his borderline abusive treatment of players. There have also been well placed stories of Kipper retiring because of Hartley. Happy to be done with him and I agree that it'll be very tough for him to get another NHL gig.
