It totally depends what you're used to. I grew up not to far from Westbrook and have since lived in Beltline and Bridgeland. When I head back out to see the parents by Westbrook it feels like the suburbs to me, single family homes and no pedestrians. It's strange for me to think that anyone considers it 'Inner City'.
