Principle point of contact was the head. No intent to hit the head

Head shots are like a high stick regardless of why it occurs the guy whose shoulder does it is responsible. These type of hit is dangerous enough to be completely removed from the game.

I also wouldn't mind fines for putting yourself in a vulnerable position to be developed to discourage the type of recklessness of Aho but Gio has to not hit the head.
