The price sounds low, but if he's not going to sign an extension there they either have to move him now or he leaves for nothing this summer. That's why Barkley was on £15 this month as well.

I don't know about certainty and safety. They're much improved, which is shocking, but it's tight between relegation and mid-table at this point. A couple losses against the wrong team and you're right in the thick of a relegation battle, just like a couple wins gets you out.
