Another poster said that you can't teach hands. I don't agree, I think it's genuine hockey IQ that you can't teach. But at least he can work on his hands all offseason, hire a stickhandling coach and/or a shooting coach, like Bouma did that one year he exploded his goal totals.
Lazar either whiffs it wide or plants it right onto the goalie's crest. You may as well tell him to keep it along the ice to hope for rebounds.
