Why would Arizona want anything to do with Lazar?
They are all-in on analytics, and Lazar was one of the worst forwards on the Senators in the view of analytics, and is one of the worst forwards on the Flames in the view of analytics. Plus he is signed for an additional year at a salary higher than his cap hit. Arizona probably wouldn't even trade a 7th-round pick for Lazar.
